Terms of service

Last updated 22 October 2026. These terms govern use of SponsorAnySite (sponsoranysite.com), operated by Vectari Labs (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "us"). SponsorAnySite is a marketplace where website publishers sell sponsor slots on their sites and sponsors book them. By creating an account or making a booking you agree to these terms, the privacy policy and the refund policy.

What we are

SponsorAnySite is an intermediary. Publishers list a slot, set a weekly price and approve or decline each sponsor. Sponsors pay SponsorAnySite upfront; we hold the money while the publisher decides and pay the publisher after the sponsored week ends, minus our fee. We do not own or control publishers' sites and we do not write sponsors' creatives.

Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use SponsorAnySite for a business, you confirm you can bind it.
• You sign in with one-time links sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure; actions taken from your account are treated as yours.
• Give accurate details. We may suspend accounts that use false information.

Publishers

• You must control the site you list and have the right to display third-party sponsor content on it.
• Visitor counts shown to sponsors come from the analytics account you connect. You agree not to inflate them. Listings with artificial traffic are removed and pending payouts withheld.
• Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. We may decline or remove a listing at our discretion.
• You must keep the embed installed and visible for the full sponsored week. If a slot is not delivered, the sponsor is refunded in full or pro rata and you are not paid for that week.
• You approve or decline each sponsor card within 48 hours. Silence past 48 hours is treated as a decline and the sponsor is refunded.
• When you approve your first sponsor you may be asked for a refundable ₹500 deposit, blocked in your own bank account through a UPI mandate. It is only collected if you miss two or more days of a week you approved, and you can withdraw it whenever you have no open bookings.
• You are responsible for any tax on your payouts, including GST where applicable.

Sponsors

• You must own or be authorised to promote the product in your creative. No misleading claims, adult content, gambling, weapons, crypto token sales, or anything unlawful in India or the publisher's jurisdiction.
• You grant us and the publishers you book a licence to display your name, logo, line and link for the booked week.
• Publishers may decline your sponsor card for any reason. Declined slots are refunded in full.
• Impressions are measured by our embed and guaranteed against the site's verified weekly baseline as described on the listing. Clicks and any commercial outcome are not guaranteed.

Fees and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and are what the sponsor pays, exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or UPI credentials. SponsorAnySite retains a platform fee of 15% of each booking; the remainder is paid to the publisher. Credit from refunds can be applied to later bookings.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the marketplace, interfere with the embed or its measurement, generate fake impressions or clicks, or use SponsorAnySite to send spam or malware. We may remove content and suspend accounts that do.

Intellectual property

The SponsorAnySite name, site and embed code belong to us. Publishers keep all rights in their sites; sponsors keep all rights in their creatives, subject to the licence above.

Liability

SponsorAnySite is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the booking concerned. We are not liable for publishers' sites, sponsors' products, or indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Bookings already paid for are honoured or refunded under the refund policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and we email account holders about material changes. Continuing to use SponsorAnySite after that means you accept them.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi. Before going to court, write to hello@sponsoranysite.com and we will try to resolve it within 30 days.
