Refunds and cancellations

Last updated 22 October 2026. Bookings on SponsorAnySite are prepaid. Here is exactly when money comes back.

Full refund

• The publisher declines your sponsor card, or does not respond within 48 hours.
• You cancel before the publisher has approved the booking.
• The sponsored week does not run at all because the publisher's embed was removed or the site was down for the whole week.

Pro-rata refund

Impressions are guaranteed against the site's verified weekly baseline shown on the listing. If our embed measures materially fewer impressions than that baseline because the slot was not delivered as listed, we refund the shortfall proportionally. Normal week-to-week traffic variation does not qualify; non-delivery does.

No refund

• You cancel after the publisher has approved and the week has started.
• The slot ran and delivered impressions but produced fewer clicks or sales than you hoped. Clicks are never guaranteed.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Email hello@sponsoranysite.com with your booking reference if something looks wrong; we reply within two working days.

Publishers

Payouts are made after the sponsored week ends, weekly, by UPI or bank transfer. A booking that is refunded to the sponsor is not paid out.
