Privacy policy

Last updated 22 October 2026. This explains what SponsorAnySite, operated by Vectari Labs (OPC) Private Limited, collects and why. We collect as little as the product needs and we do not sell personal data. This policy is written to meet the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Account data

Your email address and name, used to sign you in (one-time email links), send booking and payout notifications, and identify you to the other party in a booking. Publishers see a sponsor's name and product; sponsors see a publisher's site name.

Listings and creatives

Site URLs, screenshots we capture of listed sites, prices, and the sponsor cards you upload (logo, line, link). Listings and approved sponsor cards are public by design.

Analytics connections

Publishers may connect Plausible, PostHog, Google Analytics or Umami. We store the API key or OAuth refresh token encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and use it only to read daily visitor and pageview totals for the connected site. We never read individual visitor data, events, people or revenue. You can disconnect at any time, which deletes the stored credential. Google Analytics access is limited to the read-only scope and can be revoked from your Google account.

Embed measurement

The embed on publishers' sites records when a sponsor card is viewed and when it is clicked. For abuse prevention we store a salted, truncated hash of the visitor's IP address, a truncated user agent and the referring hostname. No cookies are set, no cross-site identifiers are created and nothing is shared with sponsors beyond aggregate counts.

Payments and payouts

Card and UPI details are handled entirely by Razorpay; we never see them. We store Razorpay order and payment identifiers. Publisher payout details (UPI ID, bank IFSC, last four digits) and deposit mandate references are stored to pay you and manage your deposit.

Cookies and local storage

On sponsoranysite.com we set only the essential cookies that keep you signed in, and your browser stores the sites you have selected so the tray survives a reload. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Who processes data for us

Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email), Razorpay (payments), Setu (UPI deposit mandates), Microlink (site screenshots) and Google (only if you connect Google Analytics). Each receives only what it needs to provide that service. Some of them process data outside India under their own safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for anything optional, by emailing hello@sponsoranysite.com. We respond within 30 days.

Retention and deletion

Account and booking records are kept while your account exists and for the period Indian tax law requires for transaction records. When you delete your account we remove personal data not needed for those records. Embed measurement records are kept as aggregate counts.
